This is an all-level class in a Slow Flow Style: with a focus on mindful movement and relaxation. You are welcome and encouraged to customize YOUR practice! **Camera on or off... it's up to YOU**
Gather your props (Blocks, Blankets, and Pillows will help to make you comfortable)
Let's Get on our mat, move, breathe, focus, listen and learn :)
This is a THEMED practice- each class focuses on a special topic, to deepen your yoga practice and your relationship to SELF.
At the end of class, I save some space for questions, sharing, or anything you want to share.
You will come away from this practice with a deep sense of connection, support, and Ease :)
