Through practical techniques that integrate into your daily life
Your first session is all about you
—your story, your needs, and your vision for how you want to feel in daily life.
We’ll take time to talk through your important aspects of your health history and explore what matters most to you.
This is a personalized and collaborative process, designed to meet you where you are today and support you moving forward.
Together, we’ll identify the areas of your life where yoga therapy can help you experience more ease, balance, and well-being.
This may include
Customized daily movement practices
Breathwork
Self-massage
Somatics
Mindfulness techniques
Stress management
Yoga Philosophy
Lifestyle shifts
that help to balance your nervous system and support a healthy relationship with yourself and your EMOTIONS.
(No one-size-fits-all here)- Each meeting is uniquely shaped around you and what you are working on in your life.
Some sessions may include time on the mat exploring postures, breathwork, or meditation practices chosen specifically to support your needs.
At other times, our work may focus more on supportive conversation—checking in on how you’re feeling
Physically
Energetically
Mentally
Emotionally
Spiritually
Exploring how yoga philosophy can support you through what you are navigating in your life.
Sessions are hosted virtually through Zoom for 1 hour.
Every session ends with a few simple, personalized “home practice” suggestions to help you carry the benefits of yoga into your daily life.
After we meet, you’ll receive a follow-up email with notes, guidance, and supportive resources to bring the tools of yoga therapy into your daily life.
Your personal home practice and daily lifestyle choices are essential in the healing process of yoga therapy.
The real transformation often happens between our live sessions & off of your yoga mat—when the tools of yoga begin to weave into your everyday life.
To support this, you’ll receive your own private playlist within my extensive Yoga Therapy Video Resource Library, which includes more than 850 videos, tutorials, documents, and mini-workshops.
This personalized playlist will hold recordings from your customized practices, along with additional resources chosen specifically for your goals and the themes we explore together.
Your playlist will continue to grow and evolve with you, updated after each session to reflect your progress and next steps
—so your home practice always feels relevant, accessible, and supportive.
Nervous system regulation is the process of helping your body shift out of states of stress, overwhelm, or shutdown and return to a more balanced, steady state.
Learning how to facilitate this shift is especially helpful to those who have experienced chronic stress or trauma.
When your nervous system is regulated, you feel safer, more present, and better able to think clearly, connect with others, and respond to life’s challenges with resilience.
In yoga therapy, we use tools like breathwork, gentle movement, mindfulness, and grounding practices to teach you how to shift your nervous system from a stress response into a more regulated calm/focused state.
In our sessions, we will build a set of practices that work directly with your brain, nervous system and energetic system that empower you to shift the way you feel in real time.
These practices can calm an overactive stress response, build tolerance for everyday challenges, and strengthen your ability to return to a sense of ease more quickly after difficult moments.
Over time, nervous system regulation becomes a skill you can access in daily life—not just on the mat—helping you feel more centered, steady, and empowered.
