
Our Friday Evening practice will be working through the Niyamas- or the personal observances from Yoga Philosophy. HERE
The Niyamas consist of 5 concepts that guide how to manage your inner world and your relationship with SELF. This creates the foundation on which our yoga practice is built.
The Niyamas also serve as a path to release anxiety, soften self-doubt, and find the strength that comes from being your True Self.
We will do this through a 25-minute lecture, followed by a 60-minute yoga practice focused on each Niyama:
3/15/24: Saucha: Clarity
3/22/24: Santosha: Contentment
3/29/24: Tapas: Transformation
4/5/24: Svadyaya: Self Study
4/12/24: Ishvara Pranidhana: Surrender

Sun: 7:00PM ET: Meditation
