Join us to start a healthy habit and learn the skills for successful meditation practice! Each day we will be hosting a free 15 minute meditation practice that will consist of a guided portion and an independent portion. We will work through several different forms of meditation so you can find the techniques that work best for you. We will also be answering commonly asked questions to help you along your meditation journey. I hope you will join us!
