Sundays can be a day of growing stress & anxiety as you anticipate the work of the upcoming week.
Ever heard of the Sunday Scaries? This form of Anticipatory Anxiety comes from the pressure of the work week ahead.
This is exactly why I host our group meditation practice on Sunday evenings!
A regular Sunday practice can shift you into the "calm & focused" frame of mind that comes from having a regulated nervous system.

How exactly do we do that? Check out the video HERE to experience this unique form of progressive meditation.
The practice is built on the foundation framework of Yoga Therapy...The Koshas (layers of being human)
The progression looks like this...
Step 1: Awareness of the Body & Sensations, Feeling Supported
Step 2: Awareness of the Breath & Energy - Using Pranayama / Breathwork to increase vitality
This week we worked with a modified Breath of Joy:

Step 3: Awareness of the Mind & Emotions - Using Mantra to calm the churning of the mind
This week we worked with the Mantra of Connecting to Bliss:

Step 4: Working with the deeper layers of Wisdom & Bliss to gain inner support & connection
This is where we spend time with the FOCUS topic of the week
This week we worked on finding our personal relationship to the "Inner Resource" - our individual connection to resilience during challenging times
