In February Patrick and I will be hosting a FREE daily meditation practice.

We see meditation as such a vital daily habit that we want to provide a starting point to learn the essential skills. It is just 15 minutes a day to anchor your mind & join us in our morning practice. We would love to have you there! Click Here to sign up

When: 8:30am EST Every Morning in February

Duration: 15 minutes (start small for a sustainable habit!)

Cost: FREE!

You can print this out & hang it in your meditation space to keep track of your practice

On February 1st:

-Sign in to Zoom & join our meditation room using the link provided (camera on or off... it's your choice!)

-Find a comfortable spot (grab your pillows, blankets, meditation cushions or a chair)

-Turn off your phone's notifications

-Download the "Insight Timer" app if you want to use the same timer we use in our daily practice
