most certainly know how to keep a reader amused. Between your wit and your videos, I was almost moved to start my own blog (well, almost...HaHa!) Fantastic job. I really loved what you had to say, and more than that, how you presented it. Too cool!

Hi Laura, I stumbled across your great depictions of the various Moon Salutes whilst searching chandra namaskar variations on google.... and was wondering if you might know more information about the origins the Anjuna Moon Salute?.. or atleast where you got your information from? The reason I ask is that I am currently studying my level 1 YTT and am exploring the variations in an attempt to consolidate my own teachings... I have always used the Anjuna Moon Salute.. as taught by my first ever teacher 15 years ago... but I have since lost contact with her.. and have found my present teachers use the Kripalu Moon Salute... I do prefer the Anjuna method for cooling sequences.. but have no idea how it came to be and would love to know! :) You are really the only source online that I have found that labels and details the Anjuna method. I would love to hear from you :)
